I make therapy both productive and enjoyable.
Therapy is a collaborative effort toward your goals. Our work together combines the supportive power of a strong, trusting relationship with healing techniques that are backed by research.
I strive to create a dynamic in session that balances hard work, catharsis, education, and a bit of humor.
Our rapport can be both friendly and fun, as well as serious when it needs to be.

I am considered an out-of-network provider. I can submit claims to your insurance provider on your behalf for out-of-network benefits. It is important to speak with your insurance provider to understand what costs may be covered.
-
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost.
By law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
