Each person’s journey is unique. I offer a range of different services to help you find what works best for your needs and goals.
In-Person Therapy
One-on-one in-person therapy sessions can give you a private space to talk. I support teens and young adults on improving their emotional wellbeing, managing their life challenges, and making strides towards their goals.
Virtual Therapy
If getting to an in-person appointment is difficult, virtual therapy can be a great option. All sessions take place over a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform to protect your privacy.
Family Therapy
Having a member of your family in session can help you get the support and understanding you’ve been looking for. I’m here to help you all navigate any challenging dynamics or uncomfortable situations.
THE PROCESS
STEP 1: Consultation
Start with a free 15-minute consultation. This will give you the opportunity to ask questions, get to know me better, and decide whether you want to take the next step.
STEP 2: Intake
If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an initial session. In this appointment, I’ll ask more questions about your background and what brings you into therapy.
STEP 3: Therapy
From here, we’ll tailor sessions based on your needs. We’ll meet regularly to process your feelings and experiences and find practical solutions to help you work towards your goals.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker in the Boulder area with a passion for helping young people thrive.
My practice is dedicated to supporting adolescents, college students, and young adults who are facing life’s challenges. Many of the people I work with feel anxious, lost, and unfulfilled. They’re struggling to find their path and purpose, and they just want to feel better but aren’t sure how.
That’s where I come in. I focus on building strong, compassionate relationships so that you have someone in your corner during these tough times. We’ll work together to better understand your experiences and find creative solutions to help you.
